* THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

- Breakfast served from 8 am to noon;
- Newspaper delivered to the flat on Sundays;
- Afternoon tea served in the flat;
* FORMS OF PAYMENT:
- 50% of the total reservation value in advance. The remaining when checking out.
- Values higher than R$ 1650.00 may be paid in three installments with your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

*CANCELLATION
During high season (July, Cinema Festival, Second Fortnight in December, Christmas and New Year) If the stay deposit has been, there is no reimbursement.
In low season: 7 days before checking in if the deposit for the stay has been made, the hotel reimburses the value discounting adminsitrative and bank fees. After this period, the hotel does not reimburse.
In case the guest is at the hotel and decides to leave before the contracted date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for all the days contracted originally. |
