* CANCELLATION

High season: In case the advance deposit has been made, up to 30 days before checking in the full amount paid is reimbursed, discounting bank and administrative fees. After this period (30 to 16 days), the first daily rate is reatained. There is no reimbursement 15 days before checking in.

In low season: 7 days before checking in if the deposit for the stay has been made, the hotel reimburses the value discounting adminsitrative and bank fees. After this period, the hotel does not reimburse.

In case the guest is at the hotel and decides to leave before the contracted date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for all the days contracted originally.

SPECIAL CELEBRATION 

EXOTIC DINNER - Dinner is served under a tent in red veils and metallic colors with cushions where light spicy intimate, and, outside the garden lit, they create the atmosphere of magic and mystery of the Orient. 

Set in a private room, all glass, dinner with exotic dishes strengthens the proposal. Drinks included: Basement Geiss Champagne or Perdrier 

ROMANTIC DINNER - by candlelight in a private environment and charming decor is served a delicious fondue in stone, with two types of fine meats and sauces. Romanticism and charm and privacy. Does not include drinks. 

The violin is optional. 

JAPANESE DINING - sushi and sashimi San Tao (Lawn restaurant that has received numerous awards for its excellent Thai and Japanese cuisine) are served in a private room by candlelight.To serve this dinner the hotel owner has created a set of pieces of glass, the Sushi Kit, which can be purchased separately in the hotel. We have responded to Japanese dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Except on Mondays. Beverages included: Sake 

THAI DINNER - A wealth of bitter-sweet, the spices and refined artistic presentation of dishes, "delights the palate and eye candy" this is the Thai dinner served in the private lounge of the hotel. Typical Thai ambiance always with that refined touch and romantic dinners featuring intimate Balcony. Dinner Thai certainly will be remembered the couple as one of those magical and unforgettable experiences. 

PICNIC - the hotel provides the picnic basket with seasonal fruits, imported red wine, soda, water, sandwiches, two kinds of cakes, cold dishes, pillows, towels, umbrellas and the couple can explore the numerous parks in the region , canyons of Fortaleza, and Horseshoe Itaimbezinho or discover new places or in Gramado Nova Petrópolis. As a souvenir caps, T-shirts and fanny pack from the hotel. 

ROMANTIC IN PRODUCTION AREA RELAX - the whirlpool in the room, music, the bath salts and rose petals, champagne and candles. After the bath, relaxing massages for the couple. As a reminder: 2 2 T-shirts and slippers brand name of the hotel. (See also other options baths) 

PRODUCTION ROMANTIC THE FIRE PLACE- basket of bread, butter, provolone cheese, pantry, pasta and tuna pate of casa.Bebida included: Wine House Valduga Cabernet Sauvignon.

ROMANTIC FLOWERS AND FRUIT PRODUCTION - For apartments with Jacuzzi. We set the scene in the bathtub, many large candles, imported champagne, strawberries, bath salts and flowers of the field rose petals. 

PRODUCTION ROMANTIC CANDLE LIGHT - We pitched the scenario: white cloth, flowers, fire burning ... Strawberries (or other fruit in season), grapes, chocolate, toast, pasta and tuna pate in the house. Champagne imported.

It works like this: the couple starts with a bath vinoterápicos Relax in the charming Area of Balcony. After a Bamboo massage and evening the romantic Thai dinner.
